Who produces anti-personnel mines?
BILL MORSE e AKI RA – SIEAM REAP CAMBODIA
Bill Morse is a former American soldier of the Vietnam War and has been helping Aki Ra cleaning up Cambodia from unexploded war devices for 11 years. Aki Ra, child soldier during the Khmer Rouge revolution, dedicated his life to defuse landmines with bare hands and a wooden stick. An infinite job. 30 years after the conflict 3 to 4 million landmines are still active in Cambodia.
