Carlo Figà Talamanca is an Italian entrepreneur who took over a coal factory in Phnom Phen, Cambodia. With his Khmer Green Charcoal company – KGC ធ្យូង អនាម័យ he saves one hectare of forest every 3 days. Thanks to its eco-friendly charcoal it reduces the risk of smoke-related diseases during coal combustion and guarantees stable work for parents of children followed by the NGO Pour a sourire d’enfant.
